1Password Interview Process

4. Tell me about a time when you had to deal with an angry customer, how did you handle it?

6. What are some of the challenges that come along with working in customer support?

7. Have you ever worked remotely before? Would you enjoy doing so?

This question is a great way to learn more about your potential new colleague’s personality and preferences. If you have worked remotely before, share what it was like for you. If you haven’t, ask the interviewer if they expect you to work from home at any point in the future.

8. What software development languages do you know and what kind of projects have you done in them?

12. Explain what agile methodology is to us.

Agile methodology is a software development process that focuses on creating and implementing solutions quickly. This method of working allows for constant feedback, which helps teams create better products. Your answer should show the interviewer you understand how agile works and can apply it to your work in 1Password.

Example: “Agile methodology is a software development process where I break down large projects into smaller tasks. Then, I assign these tasks to different members of my team. 14. What do you think is more important, speed or accuracy?

Example: “I was working with a client who wanted to give his wife a diamond ring as a gift. I helped him find a reputable jeweler that could make her dream ring, but it would be quite expensive. He decided he wanted to surprise her by giving her the ring on their anniversary. We worked together to create a plan where he would buy the ring early and store it in a safe place until the big day. On the day of the anniversary, he gave her the ring and she was so surprised and happy.”
