1. What do you understand about the role of a platform administrator?

2. How would you describe your communication style?

Example: “I consider myself a very empathetic communicator. I like to make sure my coworkers and clients know that I’m listening to them and understanding their needs. Example: “I am an experienced customer service representative with five years of experience in the financial services industry. 4. Do you have experience with using databases?

This question can help the interviewer determine your experience with Aegon’s database system. If you have no prior experience, consider describing a time when you learned to use a new database program and how it helped you complete your work.

Example: “In my last role as a project manager, I worked with a team of five other people to create an online platform for our client’s insurance company. The goal was to make the process of filing claims easier for customers by allowing them to do so from their phones or computers. We had to work within certain time constraints while also ensuring we met all of our client’s needs.”

7. What does customer service mean to you?

Customer service is an important part of working in the insurance industry. The interviewer may ask this question to learn more about your customer service skills and how you would apply them at Aegon. In your answer, explain what it means to provide excellent customer service and how you would do so if hired.

Example: “Customer service is my top priority when interacting with customers. I believe that providing quality customer service can help build a positive reputation for a company. 10. Describe your experience working with data.

Example: “At my last job, I noticed that our customers were having trouble navigating our website. This was causing them to abandon their shopping carts more often than we would have liked. So, I created a survey asking customers what they thought of our website and if there was anything we could do to make it easier for them to shop online. The results showed us that many customers found our website difficult to navigate because of its design. We then used this information to redesign our website.”

13. We pride ourselves on being passionate about what we do, tell us about something you are passionate about.

This question is a great way to show your interviewer that you are passionate about the work you do and how it can benefit others. When answering this question, think of something you enjoy doing outside of work and explain how it relates to what you do for Aegon.

Example: “I am very passionate about my community and helping those in need. I volunteer at a local food bank every week because I believe everyone deserves access to nutritious meals. In my role as an underwriter, I have helped many families get the life insurance they need to provide for their loved ones after they pass away.”

14. Where do you see yourself in five years?

This question is a common one in interviews, and it’s often asked to see if you have career goals. When answering this question, be honest about your future plans but also show that you’re willing to stay with the company for a long time.

15. Are you aware that you may need to obtain financial services licenses?

This question is a great way to determine if the candidate has done their research on the company. It’s important that you know what licenses are required for your role and whether or not you have them. If you don’t, it’s time to start researching which ones you need and how to obtain them.

16. What is your greatest strength and weakness?

This question is a common one in interviews, and it’s important to be prepared with an answer that shows your strengths while also being honest about any weaknesses you may have. When answering this question, consider what the company values most and choose a strength or weakness that aligns with those values.

Example: “My greatest strength is my ability to work well under pressure. I am always able to stay calm when unexpected situations arise, which helps me find solutions quickly. 20. If hired, what would be your first priority for improving our operations?

This question is a great way to show your knowledge of the company and how you would fit in. When answering, it’s important to highlight what you’ve learned about the organization so far and what you think they need most.

Example: “I have been researching Aegon for quite some time now, and I know that one of their biggest challenges is customer service. In my last role, we had similar issues with our call center, but we were able to improve operations by hiring more agents and training them on new techniques. If hired, I would immediately begin implementing these strategies at Aegon.”
