16. Have you worked with doctors who weren’t interested in hearing your ideas? How did you handle it?

Example: “I’ve worked for several hospitals where we were part of the accountable care organization program. I understand the importance of working as a team to provide quality care while also reducing costs. In my last position, I was responsible for managing our hospital’s ACO budget and ensuring that we met all of our goals.”
