How do you ensure that your designs are aligned with the overall goals of the company?

An art director needs to be able to work with other departments, such as marketing and sales, in order to create successful projects. Example: “I believe that the most effective way to sell a product or service is through an integrated campaign. I work with my team to create a variety of different advertisements, such as digital ads, social media posts and print ads. We also create content for our website and blog, which helps us reach more people who may be interested in what we have to offer. By creating multiple types of advertisements, we’re able to reach a wider audience.”

Can you give an example of a time when you had to go above and beyond your job duties in order to complete a project?

This question is a great way to show your potential employer that you are willing to do more than what’s required of you. It also shows them how you can take on additional responsibilities and complete them successfully.
