Ernesto Grant: I made the most of my Art Therapy degree program by completing an internship in my field of interest. I also took advantage of the opportunity to study abroad. I believe that these experiences helped me to be competitive when applying for jobs after graduation.

Ernesto Grant: The most rewarding aspect of my career is being able to help people through tough times and see them grow and heal. The most challenging aspect is when people do not want to or cannot engage in the process.
ClimbtheLadder: What was the most challenging course you took? What advice would you give to students who are about to start this course?
Ernesto Grant: The most challenging course I took was art therapy and the human experience. The course was very theoretical and we had to read a lot of dense material. My advice for students who are about to start this course is to be prepared to do a lot of reading and to be prepared to discuss the material in class.
