The assistant spa manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the spa, including scheduling, staff supervision, and guest services. In some cases, the assistant manager may also be responsible for sales and marketing.

They need to be able to provide excellent customer service to their clients and employees, so interviewers may ask you this question to learn more about your experience with it. Describe your experience with computer software such as word processing and spreadsheet programs.

The interviewer may ask this question to learn more about your computer skills and how you use them in the workplace. If you have experience with specific software, describe it briefly. If you don’t have any experience with a particular program, explain that you’re willing to learn new programs as needed.
