20 AWL Interview Questions and Answers

Prepare for the types of questions you are likely to be asked when interviewing for a position at AWL.

AWL Interview Process

2. Do you have any experience with sales or customer service?

So, I asked one of my coworkers if they could help me out with the project. They agreed, and we split up the work between us. We both finished the project before the deadline.”

7. Provide an example of a time where you used good judgment and logic in solving a problem.

This question is a great way to show your problem-solving skills and how you use logic in making decisions. When answering this question, it can be helpful to provide an example of a time when you used critical thinking to solve a problem or challenge that helped the company achieve its goals.

8. Would you be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment?

This question is a great way to determine how well you would fit into the company’s culture. When answering this question, it can be helpful to mention one or two specific examples of when you’ve worked in a fast-paced environment and what your experience was like.

Example: “I have worked in a fast-paced environment before at my previous job where I had to work on multiple projects at once. This helped me develop my multitasking skills and learn how to prioritize tasks. In fact, I found that working in a fast-paced environment actually made me more productive because I didn’t have time to get distracted by other things.”

9. Have you ever had to deal with an angry customer, if yes, how did you handle it?

This question is a great way to see how you handle conflict and can help the interviewer determine if you have any experience with customer service. When answering this question, it’s important to show that you’re willing to go above and beyond for your customers and are willing to solve their problems.

10. If you were offered this job, what would your first week look like?

I would want to understand the current processes and procedures so that I could make recommendations for improvements or changes. I would also spend some time getting to know my team members and establishing relationships with them.”

11. What is your greatest strength?

17. Are there any special abilities required to perform this job?

18. Do you prefer email, chat support, telephone or face-to-face communication?

19. How long will you stay with us before leaving for another company?

This question is a way for employers to test your loyalty. They want to know that you are committed to their company and will stay with them for the long term. Your answer should show that you plan on staying at this job for many years. You can mention how much you enjoy working here or give examples of why you would be hesitant to leave.

Example: “I am very happy to work for AWL, as I feel like I have found my place in the world. I love the culture here and the people I get to interact with every day. I also really enjoy the work I do, so I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon.”

20. Give me two examples of situations in which you handled conflict.

This question is a great way to learn more about your potential coworker’s problem-solving skills. It can also help you determine how they might handle conflict in the workplace. When answering this question, it can be helpful to provide specific examples of how you handled two different types of conflict.

Example: “In my previous role as an IT specialist, I had a client who was having issues with their website. They were upset because they couldn’t find a particular piece of information on the site and wanted me to fix it immediately. Instead of telling them that I would look into it right away, I asked them what type of information they were looking for and if there was any other information they could give me that might help me locate it. After asking a few questions, I was able to locate the information they were looking for.”
