16. Are you comfortable using software like Zoom and GoToMeeting?

The interviewer may ask you this question to see if you have experience using collaboration tools like Zoom and GoToMeeting. These are two of the most common software platforms used for online meetings, so it’s important that a BetterHelp SaaS Operations leader is comfortable with them. In your answer, try to explain why these programs are useful and how you would use them in your role.

17. What tools do you use to continue learning in your career as a therapist?

The interviewer may want to know how you stay up-to-date on the latest trends in your industry. You can use this question as an opportunity to discuss any continuing education courses or certifications that you’ve earned, and explain why they’re important to you.

Example: “I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, but I continue my education by taking online classes through the American Psychological Association. These classes help me learn about new research findings and techniques for working with clients. I also attend conferences hosted by the APA where I can meet other therapists and learn from their experiences.”

18. How do you differentiate yourself from other therapists?
