Then, I would search through all of our backup systems to see if we had a copy of that file anywhere else. If we didn’t, I would call every department within the facility to see if anyone has ever worked with this patient before. If so, I would ask them to send me a copy of their notes.

What would you do if you noticed a discrepancy in a patient’s test results?

I notified the nurse so they could correct the record, which helped ensure the patient received proper care.”

How well do you perform under pressure?

This question is an opportunity to show your ability to work under pressure and still meet deadlines. Employers ask this question because they want to know how you will perform in a high-pressure environment, such as working with tight deadlines or multiple projects at once. In your answer, explain that you are able to manage stress well and can complete tasks on time even when there’s a lot of pressure.

Example: “I am very good at managing my time and meeting deadlines, even when I have several projects due at the same time. When I’m under pressure, I stay calm and focus on one task at a time. This helps me get through each project without making mistakes.”

Do you have any questions for us about the position?

This question is your opportunity to show the interviewer that you have done your research on the company and position. It’s also a chance for you to learn more about what it would be like to work there.
