Write Compelling Bullet Points

When you’re writing bullet points, it can be tempting to focus on the responsibilities of your job. But that’s not enough to make a strong impression. Instead, you should focus on the results of your work.

For example, rather than saying you “managed clinical trials for large pharmaceutical company,” you could say that you “managed clinical trials for large pharmaceutical company, resulting in 100% on-time submission of all required documentation to FDA.”

Notice how the second bullet point is more specific and provides more detail about the project and its outcome.

Identify and Include Relevant Keywords

When you apply for a clinical project manager role, your resume will likely be scanned by an applicant tracking system (ATS) for certain keywords.
