How to Write a Conflicts Analyst Resume

Write Compelling Bullet Points

The best way to make your resume stand out is to use strong, specific language. And one of the best ways to do that is by using bullet points to describe your responsibilities and achievements.

For example, rather than saying you “managed conflict between coworkers,” you could say that you “managed conflict between two coworkers over use of shared resources, resulting in increased collaboration and improved productivity.”

The second bullet point is much stronger because it provides more detail about what exactly you did and the outcome of your work.

Identify and Include Relevant Keywords
