6. Do you have any experience managing a team?

7. If hired, would you consider yourself more of a leader or follower?

8. Describe your experience working on construction sites.

For example, at one of my first jobs, we were building a new home when it started raining. 9. Tell us about a time that you were able to use persuasion to successfully convince someone to see things your way.
