How to Write a Decorator Resume

Here’s how to write a decorator resume of your own.

Write Compelling Bullet Points

Bullet points are the most important part of your resume because they’re the first thing recruiters and hiring managers will read. And if they’re not compelling, you won’t get a second glance.

So rather than simply stating what you did in your role, you should use bullet points to describe the results of your work. For example, rather than saying you “managed inventory,” you could say you “reduced inventory by 15% in six months, contributing to a 10% increase in revenue for the year.”

The second bullet point is much more interesting and compelling because it provides specific numbers and details about how your work impacted the company.
