The answer to all of these questions is “not much.” They’re just generic bullet points that don’t tell the reader anything about your work. But if you take those bullet points and add some detail, they become much more interesting. For example, you could say that you “developed a training program for new managers that resulted in a 15% decrease in turnover rate among new hires.” That’s much more interesting than just saying you developed a training program.

Identify and Include Relevant Keywords
