11. What kind of environment do you prefer to work in?

12. Would you be comfortable working from home?

17. Give us an example of a time when you had to deal with conflict at work.

Example: “In my previous role, I had a coworker who was constantly late for meetings. This made it difficult for us to collaborate on projects because we were missing important information from one another. After several weeks of this behavior, I decided to speak with them about the issue. They apologized and promised to be more punctual in the future. However, they continued to be late for meetings. At that point, I realized that there may have been an underlying reason for their tardiness. I spoke with our manager about the situation and they agreed to allow me to take over some of their responsibilities so they could focus on resolving their personal issues.”

18. How do you feel about working in a fast-paced environment?

This question can help the interviewer determine if you are a good fit for their company. They may want to know that you enjoy working in an environment where there is a lot of change and pressure to perform well. Use your answer to show that you thrive under these conditions and have experience with them.

Example: “I love working in fast-paced environments because I feel like it helps me stay on my toes. 19. What is your biggest weakness?
