Write Compelling Bullet Points

When you’re writing bullet points, it can be tempting to simply list your responsibilities and duties. But that’s not going to make a strong impression on recruiters. Instead, you should use your bullet points to demonstrate your impact on the organization.

For example, rather than saying you “managed employee engagement survey results,” you could say you “reduced employee engagement survey results by 15% in first year through targeted training and engagement initiatives.”

The second bullet point paints a much clearer picture of what you did and how it impacted the organization. And it also provides a quantifiable result (15% reduction).

Identify and Include Relevant Keywords
