4. Tell me about a time when you had to make a decision without having all of the information, how did you make that decision?

If you don’t have any experience with agile, consider asking your recruiter or hiring manager what their company’s methodologies are so you can learn more about them before your interview.

I find that each has its own benefits, but I prefer working in agile because it allows me to work closely with my team members and get feedback from clients regularly. This helps me understand how to best meet their needs and complete projects successfully.”

6. Can you tell me about a time when you were able to use logic to solve a problem?

7. Why do you want to work at Enfusion?

8. Tell me about a time when you came up with a creative solution to a problem.

I also have extensive knowledge of various styles of martial arts, including karate, tae kwon do and jiu-jitsu. In addition, I am highly organized and detail-oriented, which means I would be able to keep track of all of our clients’ information and ensure we’re meeting their needs.”

17. What kind of processes and planning do you put into place before starting a project?

This question is a great way to see how you approach your work and the steps you take before starting a project. Your answer should show that you are organized, detail-oriented and able to plan ahead.

Example: “I always start by researching my client’s business and what they want to achieve with their website or app. I also research similar businesses in the same industry so I can get an idea of what features they have on their websites or apps. After this, I create a timeline for myself so I know when I need to complete certain tasks. This helps me stay organized and ensures I meet all deadlines.”

18. What is your experience with building out dashboards and visualizations?

Dashboards and visualizations are two of the most important tools for data analysts. They allow you to organize information in a way that is easy to understand, which can help your team make better decisions. Your interviewer may ask this question to see if you have experience with these tools and how well you use them. In your answer, try to describe what you’ve done with dashboards and visualizations in previous roles.

Example: “In my last role as an analyst, I was responsible for creating several different types of reports and graphs. I created both static and interactive dashboards using Tableau software. Example: “When I worked at my previous job, we had a customer who was having trouble with their website. They were frustrated because they couldn’t figure out how to update their site and didn’t know what to do. I offered to help them over the phone, and after about an hour of troubleshooting, I figured out that they needed to upgrade their hosting plan. I explained everything to them so they understood why they needed to upgrade and then helped them complete the process.”

20. What tools do you typically use to analyze datasets?

This question can help the interviewer understand your technical skills and how you apply them to a job. Use examples of tools that you have used in previous roles, or describe what you would use if you were given the opportunity to work with Enfusion.

Example: “In my last role as an IT analyst, I worked with several different types of data analysis software. Some of these included Tableau, which is useful for creating visual representations of large datasets, and Microsoft Power BI, which helps users analyze data from multiple sources. I also used SQL Server Reporting Services to create reports based on specific criteria.”
