Example: “I would first try to understand why they were getting agitated. If it was because of something I did or said, I would apologize and do my best to fix the problem. If it’s not my fault, I would explain to them what I could do to help. For example, if they wanted a specific type of photo but we didn’t offer that service at our studio, I would let them know that there are other studios who might be able to meet their needs.”

2. How would you handle a confused client?

This question can help interviewers understand how you handle challenging situations and how well you communicate with clients. Use examples from your experience to show that you are able to solve problems, listen to clients and explain concepts in a way that helps them understand the process of photography.

Example: “I once had a client who was very confused about why I needed to take so many photos for their portrait session. They were used to taking one photo per pose, but I explained that it’s important to capture multiple angles and perspectives to ensure we have enough images to choose from when editing. The client understood after I showed them some sample portraits where only one image was taken.”

3. What is your experience with casino games and rules?

This question is a way for the interviewer to assess your knowledge of casino games and rules. This can be important if you’re applying for a position in which you’ll need to understand how different games work, such as blackjack or poker.

Example: “I’ve played several types of casino games, including blackjack, roulette and craps. 4. Do you have any experience dealing cards?

5. Are you comfortable interacting with strangers on camera?

This question can help the interviewer determine if you have experience interacting with people who are not comfortable in front of a camera. It’s important to be able to put your subjects at ease and make them feel comfortable so they’re more likely to give their best performance.

Example: “I’ve worked on several projects where I had to interact with strangers, including one where we were filming a documentary about homeless people living in Los Angeles. We spent two weeks filming these individuals, getting to know them and gaining their trust. By the end of the project, many of our subjects felt like friends. I also worked on a commercial shoot for a local restaurant chain that required us to interview random customers as part of the shoot. I was nervous about this at first, but by the end of the day, most of the customers were asking me to take selfies with them.”

6. Describe a time when you had to deal with an angry customer. How did you handle it?

An interviewer may ask this question to assess your customer service skills. They want to know how you handle conflict and whether or not you have the ability to diffuse it. In your answer, try to show that you can be empathetic and use problem-solving skills to resolve issues with customers.

Example: “I once had a client who was unhappy with their photos because they didn’t look like her friend’s photos. I explained to her that everyone is unique and no two people are exactly alike. She seemed satisfied with my explanation but she still wasn’t happy with her photos. So, I offered to take more pictures for free until she found one she liked.”

7. Have you ever worked in a high-pressure environment?

This question can help interviewers understand how you handle pressure and whether you have experience working in a fast-paced environment. High-pressure environments are common in the photography industry, so it’s important to show that you’re comfortable with this type of work.

Example: “I’ve worked on several high-profile photo shoots where I had to meet tight deadlines. In these situations, I make sure to communicate clearly with my team members about what needs to be done and when. This helps me manage expectations and ensure everyone is prepared for any challenges that may arise.”

8. If hired, how long would you expect this position to last?

13. What does excellent customer service mean to you?

15. Are you willing to work weekends and holidays?

This question is a way for the interviewer to assess your willingness to work overtime when necessary. It’s important to be honest about your availability and how it might affect your ability to meet deadlines. If you’re unsure of whether or not you can commit to working weekends, consider asking what percentage of time they expect employees to work on these days.

Example: “I am willing to work weekends if needed, but I would prefer to avoid them as much as possible. I understand that sometimes this is unavoidable, however, so I’m happy to do whatever is best for the company.”

16. Would you be comfortable being trained as a Live Game Presenter?

This question is a way for the interviewer to assess your ability to work under pressure and in front of an audience. If you don’t have previous experience as a game presenter, it’s important to show that you’re willing to learn.

She kept asking me if she looked okay, which made it difficult for me to concentrate on taking pictures. After the ceremony, I took her aside and told her that she looked beautiful and that I would be happy to take some extra photos of just her so she could see them later. This calmed her down and allowed me to focus on my job.”

18. Provide an example of a time when you had to make adjustments to your schedule to accommodate customers.

Interviewers may ask this question to learn more about your flexibility and willingness to work with others. In your answer, try to emphasize how you were able to make adjustments while still meeting the needs of customers.

Example: “In my previous role as a photographer, I had a client who was expecting twins. She wanted me to photograph her family every month until the babies turned one year old. At first, I thought that it would be difficult to accommodate such a long-term commitment, but I spoke with her about her budget and found out she could afford to hire me for the entire year. We worked out a schedule where I photographed them once a month for the first six months, then twice a month for the next three months and finally once a month until their first birthday.”

19. We take pride in our ability to provide exceptional customer service. Do you feel like you could maintain that level of quality throughout your career at Evolution gaming?

This question is a great way to determine how much experience the candidate has with customer service. It’s also an opportunity for them to show you their enthusiasm and passion for the job.

Example: “I’ve worked in customer service for over five years, so I feel like I have all of the skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service at Evolution Gaming. I’m always looking for ways to improve my communication style and make sure that customers are getting exactly what they need from me. I think it’s important to be honest and transparent when answering questions or resolving issues.”

20. Which area of game presenting interests you most, poker or roulette?

This question is a test of your knowledge about the gaming industry. It also shows how well you understand the company’s products and services. If you have experience in this field, it can be helpful to mention it.
