16. Have you used Salesforce before?

Salesforce is a popular CRM software that many businesses use. If you have experience using Salesforce, the interviewer may ask you more questions about your previous experiences with it. Use this question as an opportunity to show how much you know about the platform and what you can bring to the role.

Example: “I’ve used Salesforce for over five years now. I started out as a customer service representative at my last job where we used Salesforce extensively. We had multiple departments within our company that all used different aspects of Salesforce, so I learned how to navigate through each one. I also took some online courses on Salesforce when I was working there to learn even more.”

17. Would you be comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time?

Flexera is a global company, and they often need their employees to travel for business. They want to make sure you are comfortable with this aspect of the job. If you have never traveled for work before, it’s important to be honest about your experience. You can explain that you’ve never had to do so but would be willing to learn how to do so if necessary.

Example: “I have never traveled for work before, but I am open to learning how to do so. I understand that Flexera has resources available to help me get ready for my first time traveling for work. I’m excited to see what new experiences await me in this position.”

18. What was a difficult customer issue that you faced and how did you resolve it?

This question can help the interviewer determine how you handle challenging situations and whether you have experience with customer service. Use your answer to highlight your problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and interpersonal communication skills.

19. Do you enjoy talking to customers?

Example: “I am available to start immediately. I have already prepared my belongings and can move into my new office tomorrow if needed.”
