What do you think is the most important thing to remember when preparing food for large events or parties?

Example: “I think it’s important to remember that no matter what type of event you’re catering, there are certain food safety rules everyone should follow. How often do you inspect food storage units?

In your answer, explain how you would approach the situation in a calm manner. Explain that you would try to convince them of why hairnets are important.

I would also let them know that if they refuse to put on their hairnet, we will need to take away some of their responsibilities. This may include taking them off the grill or out of the kitchen entirely. If they still refuse, I would follow through with my threat.”
