GE Healthcare Interview Process

The interview process at GE Healthcare is lengthy, difficult, and overall not a great experience. It can take up to two months to hear back from the company after applying, and the interviews themselves are very challenging. Many of the questions are behavioral and require you to give specific examples of times when you’ve displayed certain qualities. The interviewer was also very difficult to read and it was hard to tell if they were interested in what I had to say. Overall, I would not recommend applying to GE Healthcare unless you are absolutely sure that you want to work there.

1. Why do you want to work at GE Healthcare?

This question is a great way for the interviewer to learn more about your interest in their company. They want to know what you like about working at GE Healthcare and how it fits into your career goals. To answer this question, think of two or three reasons why you are excited to work at this company. Consider mentioning any personal connections you have with the organization or its employees.

Example: “I’ve always been interested in healthcare, so I am thrilled to be able to work at GE Healthcare. I was inspired by my uncle who works as an engineer here, and I would love to continue his legacy. I also really enjoy working with technology, which is something that GE Healthcare does on a daily basis. I feel like I could make valuable contributions to the team.”

2. What is your experience with software engineering and coding languages?

This question can help the interviewer determine your experience with software engineering and coding languages. If you have previous experience, describe what you did in that role and how it helped you develop your skills. If you don’t have any experience, you can talk about your interest in learning more about software engineering and coding languages.

Example: “I’ve had some experience working with software engineering and coding languages. In my last position as a registered nurse, I worked on a team of nurses who were responsible for developing new protocols to improve patient care. We used software engineering tools like Agile development and Scrum to create these protocols. This allowed us to work together to solve problems and implement changes quickly.”

3. Tell us about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you handle it?

5. Do you consider yourself detail oriented?

It’s a quality that helps you notice small changes in your patients and their medical records, which can help you provide better care. 20. Our clients often need help with hardware issues. Would you be comfortable helping them over the phone?

The interviewer may ask this question to see if you have the necessary customer service skills. They want to know that you can help their clients with hardware issues over the phone and still provide excellent customer service. Use your answer to show that you are a strong communicator who is willing to help customers in person or on the phone.

Example: “I am very comfortable helping our clients over the phone.
