13. Tell me about a time you made a mistake while working, how did you fix it?

This question is a great way to learn more about how you respond to challenges. When answering this question, it can be helpful to focus on your ability to overcome mistakes and move forward with your career.

Example: “When I first started working in the grocery industry, I was responsible for stocking shelves at night. One evening, I noticed that one of our most popular products was running low.
