You can also talk about what kind of environment you would create if you were in charge of designing an educational facility.

For example, I find that open spaces with lots of natural light are ideal because they allow students to focus on their work without being distracted by other things around them. Additionally, I think that having plenty of space to move around and stretch out is important for both physical and mental health.

Another thing I think is important is creating a comfortable atmosphere where students feel safe and free to ask questions. In my last position, I was able to do this by organizing fun activities like field trips and games after school.”
