Example: “I believe that it’s important to build strong relationships with my customers because it helps me understand their needs and preferences. I also find that when I take the time to get to know my customers, they are more likely to return to our store for future purchases. In my last job, I used a customer relationship management software system to keep track of all of my interactions with customers. This helped me remember details about each customer and provided me with valuable information to use when interacting with them.”

11. What tools do you use to help keep track of orders?
