19. What are your short term & long term career goals?

Example: “My short term goal is to become an expert in customer service. I am currently taking a course on how to provide excellent customer service through online channels. My long-term goal is to become a team leader at HelloFresh. To do so, I would like to continue my education in business management and learn more about the food industry.”

20. What makes HelloFresh different from other companies like Blue Apron?

HelloFresh is a competitor to many food subscription companies, including Blue Apron. When answering this question, it’s important to show that you understand the differences between HelloFresh and other similar companies.
