When you’re writing bullet points, it can be tempting to simply list your responsibilities. But that’s not enough to make a hiring manager take notice. Instead, use your bullet points to demonstrate how you contributed to the organization. For example, rather than saying you “managed property finances,” say you “reduced operating expenses by 10% while increasing revenue by 15%, resulting in a 15% increase in net income for the year.”

The second bullet point paints a clear picture of what you did and the results of your work. It also provides specific numbers to demonstrate your impact.

Identify and Include Relevant Keywords
