8. Can you provide an example of when you went above and beyond for a customer?

This question is a great way to show your potential employer that you are willing to go the extra mile for customers. When answering this question, it can be helpful to provide an example of when you went above and beyond for a customer and how it positively impacted their experience at IHOP.

11. Why do you want to work at IHOP?
