4. Provide an example of a time when you had to go above and beyond for a customer.

This question is an opportunity to show your dedication and commitment to customer service. When answering this question, it can be helpful to mention a specific situation where you went above and beyond for a customer and how that experience helped you develop as a professional.

Example: “I once had a customer who was having trouble with their QuickBooks software. They called me at 10 p.m. on a Friday night because they were in the middle of a project and needed help. I stayed on the phone with them until we figured out what the issue was and resolved it. The next day, they sent me an email thanking me for my patience and hard work.”

5. If hired, what would be your approach to designing software?

8. Describe how you would work on a project with multiple deadlines.

15. What steps would you take to ensure that all customers receive high quality service?

18. What programming languages do you have experience with?
