4. Have you ever worked on projects that failed? If so, what lessons did you learn from the failure?

During my last job, I was responsible for monitoring multiple accounts at once while also answering client questions. I think I would thrive in a similar role here.”

8. Are you familiar with any financial terms?

Interviewers may ask this question to see if you have a basic understanding of financial terms. They want to make sure that you can communicate with their team and clients effectively. In your answer, try to include two or three financial terms that you are familiar with. Explain what they mean in plain language so the interviewer understands what you’re saying.

I’ve used both of these techniques in my previous role.”

13. Do you have experience managing teams?

This question can help the interviewer determine your leadership skills and how you interact with others. Use examples from previous work experiences to highlight your ability to lead a team, delegate tasks and motivate employees.

14. What kind of leadership style do you prefer?

19. When was the last time you had to deal with a difficult client or situation?
