How would you deal with a client who is not satisfied with your services?

How well do you handle stress?

Employers ask this question to make sure you can handle the pressure that comes with being a lawyer. In your answer, explain how you manage stress in your life. Which areas of law do you plan to specialize in?

Example: “I am passionate about civil rights cases, so I would love to specialize in those types of cases if given the opportunity. What do you think is the most important aspect of customer service for lawyers?

Example: “I am passionate about keeping my knowledge of the law current. I subscribe to several newsletters and blogs that provide updates on recent cases and legislation. I also attend seminars and webinars to learn more about new laws and regulations. In fact, I recently attended a seminar where the speaker discussed the latest case law regarding privacy rights.”

There is a new law that contradicts an older law that you’ve used to advise your clients. How do you handle this situation?
