Write Compelling Bullet Points

When you’re writing bullet points, it can be tempting to focus on the responsibilities of your job. But that’s not enough to make a strong impression. Instead, you should focus on the results of your work.

For example, rather than saying you “managed caseload of 50+ cases,” you could say you “reduced caseload by 20% in six months by streamlining case management process and improving communication with clients.”

The second bullet point is much stronger because it provides specific numbers and details about how you achieved those results.

Identify and Include Relevant Keywords

When you submit your resume for a legal coordinator role, it’s likely that it will be scanned by an applicant tracking system (ATS) for certain keywords.
