When you’re writing your resume bullet points, it can be tempting to just list your responsibilities and duties. But that’s not going to make a strong impression on recruiters. Instead, you should use your bullet points to demonstrate your value by using specific examples and numbers.

For example, rather than saying you “conducted research on legal cases,” you could say you “conducted research on 100+ legal cases for top-tier law firm, resulting in 95% accuracy rate.”

Notice how the second bullet point is more specific and provides more detail about what you did and the results of your work.
