Write Compelling Bullet Points

Bullet points are the most effective way to showcase your experience and qualifications. But rather than simply listing your responsibilities, you can make your bullet points much more interesting and compelling by using them to tell a story about your work.

For example, rather than saying you “managed projects for legal department,” you could say that you “managed 20+ projects for legal department, resulting in a 15% increase in case closure rate over 18-month period.”

The second bullet point is much more interesting and provides a lot more detail about what exactly you did and the results of your work.

Identify and Include Relevant Keywords

When you apply for a legal project manager role, your resume will likely be scanned by an applicant tracking system (ATS) for certain keywords.
