11. Can you tell me about a time that you were able to provide excellent customer service?

15. If hired, what would you bring to the table as a CMS Teller?

This question is a great way to show your knowledge of the company and how you can contribute to its success. When answering this question, it’s important to highlight what makes you unique as well as your skills and abilities.

Example: “I am currently employed as a teller at First National Bank. I have been there for three years now, and I really enjoy my job. However, I’m ready for a new challenge, so when I saw your listing online, I knew it was the right opportunity for me.”
