How well do you handle stress?

Managing directors often have to make important decisions quickly. They also need to be able to handle stress well so they can remain calm and focused during challenging situations. When answering this question, it’s important to show that you are capable of handling stressful situations while still making good decisions.

Example: “I am a very organized person, which helps me manage my time effectively. This means I don’t usually get stressed out about things because I know where everything is.
