2. Why do you want to work at MBI?

4. Tell me about your experience working in a team environment.

Working in a team environment is an important part of being successful as an MBI. Employers ask this question to make sure you have experience working with others and collaborating on projects. Example: “I would start by analyzing customer feedback on our products. I would then create a list of actionable items that could be improved. 15. What do you like to do outside of work?

Employers ask this question to get a better sense of your personality. They want to know if you’ll fit in with their team and company culture. Example: “I love Instagram because I’m always looking for new recipes to try out in my free time. I find that social media is a great place to find unique ideas and inspiration. I think being active on social media could be beneficial to MBI as well. For example, I might share some of our products with my followers or create content based on them.”

17. What is a current trend in marketing that has caught your interest?

This question allows you to show your knowledge of the industry and how it is changing. It also gives you an opportunity to share a personal opinion about marketing trends. When answering this question, consider what has caught your attention in recent years and why.

19. What is one thing that you wish wasn’t part of your job description?
