Write Compelling Bullet Points

When you’re writing your bullet points, it can be tempting to just list your responsibilities and duties. But that’s not going to make a strong impression on recruiters. Instead, you should focus on the results of your work.

For example, rather than saying you “managed staff of 15 physicians,” you could say you “increased productivity of staff by 15% while reducing turnover by 50% during busy flu season.”

The second bullet point paints a much clearer picture of what you did and the results of your work. And that’s what hiring managers want to see!
