3. How would you deal with an upset customer?

I find both types of looks challenging in different ways, which makes me feel accomplished when I’m done.”

17. Would you be able to manage multiple tasks at once?

Employers ask this question to see if you can multitask and get things done in a timely manner. When answering, it’s important to show that you are organized and able to prioritize your tasks.
