1. Tell me about a time where you had to work with someone who was difficult.

This question can help an interviewer understand how you work with others and your ability to collaborate. When answering this question, it can be helpful to mention a specific example of when you worked with someone who was difficult but also highlight the positive aspects of working with them.

Example: “I once had a coworker who would often make fun of me in front of other people. I tried my best to ignore him, however, he continued to do so. Eventually, I decided to talk to him about his behavior. He apologized for his actions and promised not to do it again. Although he did occasionally make jokes at my expense, he never made fun of me in front of others again.”

2. What do you think is the most important thing that contributes to your success in consulting?

This question is an opportunity to show the interviewer that you have a strong work ethic and are self-motivated. Your answer should include examples of how you’ve been successful in your previous roles, as well as what you plan to do if hired for this position.

Example: “I think the most important thing that contributes to my success in consulting is my ability to be flexible and adaptable. In my last role, I was working with a client who had very specific ideas about their website design. However, when I met with them, they told me they wanted something completely different than what they originally described. Instead of getting frustrated or annoyed, I used my flexibility to come up with a new design that would meet their needs while still incorporating some of their original ideas.”

3. Why do you want to work at Neudesic?

Employers ask this question to learn more about your interest in their company. They want to know what attracted you to the position and whether you have done any research on the organization. Before your interview, make sure you read through the job description so that you can refer to specific requirements or expectations. In your answer, explain why you are a good fit for the role and how your skills align with the job’s responsibilities.

Example: “I am interested in working at Neudesic because I think it is an innovative company. I believe my background in coding makes me a great candidate for this role because I would be able to contribute to the development of new products.”

An API is an application programming interface, and it’s a set of rules that allow two applications to communicate with each other. An interviewer may ask this question to see if you have the technical knowledge needed for the role. In your answer, try to define what an API is while also showing how you would use one in your work.

Example: “An API is a set of rules that allows two applications to communicate with each other. If you haven’t, you can talk about your ability to adapt to different processes.

Example: “I’ve worked on several agile teams throughout my career. I find that working within these types of environments helps me stay organized and focused on completing tasks. In my last role, we used Scrum as our framework for agile development. We would hold daily stand-up meetings where each member of the team discussed what they were working on. Throughout the process, I make sure to communicate with my team about any changes or updates.”

By using these tools, I was able to successfully complete both projects on time.”

The second role is the operator, who monitors the performance of these applications. In DevOps, both roles are performed by the same person. This helps companies reduce costs because they don’t need to hire separate employees for each role.

In my last job, I worked as a DevOps engineer. My primary responsibility was to monitor the performance of our company’s applications. I used tools like New Relic to check the speed at which our apps were loading. If there were any issues with the app, I would use Jira to report it to my team lead. Then, we would work together to fix the problem.”

In my last role, I used both types of database systems depending on the project.”

This question is a great way to gauge your knowledge of the industry and how you feel about certain processes. Your answer should show that you understand the benefits of both types of software, but also highlight which one you prefer.

However, proprietary software has more features and can be customized to fit the needs of an organization.
