I fixed the typo, saved the page and then tested it again to make sure it worked properly.”

3. How well do you work with others?

After conducting research on the company’s needs, I determined that they would benefit from implementing a cloud computing solution. This allowed them to reduce costs while also improving employee productivity.”

12. We want our managers to be great communicators, so please give us an example of a time when you communicated effectively.

When answering this question, think of a time when you had to communicate with many people at once or one-on-one. Explain what steps you took to ensure that everyone understood the message.

14. How many projects have you managed at once?

19. In your opinion, what should we prioritize as a company moving forward?

This question is a great way to assess your understanding of the company’s goals and values. It also allows you to show how you can contribute to the organization’s success. When preparing for this interview, read through the job description and any other information about the company that you can find online. Consider what skills are most important for the role and how they align with the company’s mission.

Example: “I think it’s important to prioritize innovation as we move forward. I’ve noticed that NTT has been making strides in artificial intelligence and machine learning, which is something I’m very passionate about. I would love to be able to continue developing these technologies here.”

20. What’s your biggest weakness?
