When it comes to writing bullet points, the more specific you can be, the better. Rather than saying you “managed team of 10 employees,” you could say you “managed team of 10 customer service agents to achieve 95% customer satisfaction rate, resulting in zero customer complaints in Q1 2019.”

The second bullet point is much stronger because it provides specific numbers and details about what you did and the results of your work. It also includes a quantifiable metric (customer satisfaction rate) and a specific timeframe (Q1 2019).
