For example, rather than saying you “provided patient care,” you could say that you “provided patient care resulting in a 98% reduction in bleeding during surgical procedures.” The second bullet point is much more interesting and provides a clear sense of the impact of your work.
When you apply for a periodontist position, your resume goes through an applicant tracking system (ATS).
