Write Compelling Bullet Points

When you’re writing bullet points, it can be tempting to focus on the tasks and responsibilities of your job. But that’s not enough to make a compelling case for hiring you. Instead, you should focus on the results of your work.

For example, rather than saying you “managed caseload of 15+ cases,” you could say you “reduced caseload by 50% in six months by developing new protocols and streamlining workflow with legal team.”

The second bullet point is much stronger because it provides more detail about what you did and how you did it. It also includes a quantifiable result (reduced caseload by 50%).

Identify and Include Relevant Keywords

When you apply for a job as a case manager, your resume is likely to go through an applicant tracking system (ATS).
