The best way to do that is to use them to demonstrate your experience and skills. So rather than saying you “provided patient care,” you could say you “provided care for 15+ patients daily, prioritizing care for those with critical needs while maintaining high level of care for all patients.”

When you apply for a job as a PICC nurse, your resume is likely to go through an applicant tracking system (ATS). This program will scan your resume for specific keywords related to the position, like “IV therapy” or “intravenous therapy.” If your resume doesn’t have enough of the right terms, the ATS might automatically reject your application.
