Write Compelling Bullet Points

Bullet points are the most effective way to showcase your experience and qualifications. And the best way to do that is by using specific examples and numbers. So rather than saying you “taught preschoolers,” you could say you “developed curriculum for 20 students in a classroom setting, resulting in a 10% increase in literacy rates over the course of one year.”

The second bullet point is much stronger because it provides specific details about what you did, the number of people you worked with, and the outcome of your work.

Identify and Include Relevant Keywords

Chances are, your resume will go through an applicant tracking system (ATS) when you apply for a preschool teacher role.
