18. Give me an example of a time when you went above and beyond for a customer.

This question is a great way to show your dedication and willingness to go the extra mile for customers. When answering this question, it can be helpful to mention how you helped solve a problem or made someone’s day better.

Example: “When I worked at my previous job, we had a customer who was having trouble with their product. They were calling us multiple times a week about the same issue, which was causing them to miss deadlines on important projects. I offered to drive out to their office to see if there was anything else we could do to help. After arriving at their office, I found that they hadn’t installed the software correctly. Once I showed them how to install the software properly, they were able to get back to work.”

19. What do you think sets us apart from other companies in the industry?

20. What areas of marketing interest you most – digital, PR, etc.?
