9. What does it mean when someone tells you “You have a great EQ”?

When answering this question, think about the qualities of an emotionally intelligent person that you have or are working on developing.

I believe that emotional intelligence is a skill that anyone can develop over time by practicing self-awareness and learning how to manage stress.”

12. How would you describe yourself on the following scale: low EQ / average EQ / high EQ? If you’re not sure, then how did you come up with this number?
