Example: “I once had a customer who was trying to find a product we sold but couldn’t locate it on our site. I called my manager and asked if there was another location where we could list the item. 9. Do you prefer working alone or on a team?

15. Can you describe a time when you were able to resolve a conflict between two people?

19. What kind of computer software are you familiar with?

The interviewer may ask this question to see if you have experience with the software they use at Sitel Group.
