2. Describe a time when you managed a difficult project. How did you handle it?

9. Describe your experience working as part of a team.

13. We are looking for candidates who can collaborate well with others. When was the last time you collaborated with someone on a project and what was your role in the collaboration?

This question is a great way to assess your teamwork skills and ability to work with others. When answering this question, it can be helpful to mention the role you played in the project and how it benefited the company or organization.

Example: “The last time I collaborated on a project was when I worked for SkillStorm as an IT consultant. My team and I were tasked with creating a new website for a local business. We split up the tasks among us and each of us focused on different aspects of the website. For my part, I created the coding for the website and helped integrate SEO features into the site.”

14. Can you tell me about a time that you successfully handled a difficult customer?

Example: “At my last job, I had a difficult client who was constantly changing their mind on what they wanted us to do for them. 15. Recruiting can be a very fast-paced environment. Are you comfortable working in that kind of environment?

16. What would you say is your greatest strength?

17. In recruiting we often get pushback from applicants. How would you handle this?

This question is a great way to see how you would handle difficult situations in the workplace. It’s important to be honest and show that you can work well with others, even if they’re not always on your side.

Example: “I understand why people might pushback when it comes to recruiting. I’ve been there myself. However, I think it’s important to remember that we all want what’s best for our careers. If someone pushes back on me, I’ll ask them what their concerns are and try my best to address them. Sometimes, this means offering more information or explaining things in different ways.”

18. Many recruiters are expected to cold call potential clients. Would you be comfortable doing this?

Cold calling is a common part of many sales jobs, and recruiters are no exception. The interviewer may ask this question to see if you have experience with cold calls and how comfortable you would be doing them in the future. If you don’t have much experience with cold calling, consider explaining why you think you’d be good at it.

19. We are looking for recruiters who will help grow our business. What strategies would you use if hired?
