General Manager

General managers are responsible for the overall operation of a business unit, division, or company. They develop strategy, set objectives, and ensure that the people and resources are in place to meet those objectives.

GM’s typically have a bachelor’s degree and extensive experience in the area they’re managing. For example, a GM of a manufacturing company might have an engineering degree and experience working in manufacturing.

SRP Hiring Process
